Meghan Markle, the former Suits actress who married the young Prince Harry in 2018, has been called ‘Duchess Difficult’ by a source close to the royals. According to a fresh story, the 43-year-old has been denigrating her staff and has the potential to make ‘grown men cry’. The pair celebrated Duke’s 40th birthday last week, and Meghan’s staff are terrified of her.

A close friend of the couple described her as a ‘dictator in high heels.’ The source told The Hollywood Reporter that Harry and Meghan are both poor decision-makers who change their minds regularly. Another insider told the publication, “Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”

 

According to sources, the estranged royal couple has had considerable staff turnover over the years. Markle’s top adviser and private secretary left in 2021, and this month, the couple’s chief of staff resigned after only three months on the job. Previously, in 2018, shortly after the couple’s wedding, the former actress was ᴀᴄᴄᴜsᴇᴅ of ᴍɪsᴛʀᴇᴀᴛɪɴɢ two palace staff members, forcing the Palace to examine the ‘ʙᴜʟʟʏɪɴɢ ᴀᴄᴄᴜsᴀᴛɪᴏɴ.’
